It’s a new week and here’s a reminder that we will always need: Love Yourself. Love yourself despite from all the things that you think is wrong with you. Think, what are the good things about you? What good personalities do you have? There are many ways on how to love yourself. Be Optimistic. Think positive and happy thoughts. Accept your flaws. Appreciate the little things. Respect yourself and treat yourself to being healthy. We’re not perfect and we should understand it.
People who bring you down are not happy people. Sometimes they belittle others so they can win and somehow feel good about themselves. Just simply don’t care at the negative things they say about you and always point out the good things in you.
Sometimes we become pessimistic when we make a mistake or fail. And sometimes we oversee the good things we’ve done. But this should be a reminder when we fail:
Accept failure. The worst thing in life is not failure; the worst thing in life is never trying. Be okay with giving it your best shot regardless of the outcome.
Keep going. Failing once, twice, or even several dozen times does not always mean you are finished.
Learn from it. Each time you fail, learn from it. Every single time, see what you could have done better, improve on it, and grow from it.
Know that this is a lesson, and like what others say: Everything happens for a reason. If we haven’t done those mistakes then we wouldn’t know how to make things right. Move on and be a better you. Avoid making mistakes like that again. God accepts and loves every little part of you, even those you deny and hate in yourself. Love others and love yourself! ♡
