New year for me.

It’s a new year for me because today, July 11, is my birthday! I’m turning 16! Actually I’m not celebrating my birthday in any special way, (it’s obvious because if I was I would’ve been partying instead of making a post here) but it’s okay for me. I’m not used to big parties anyway. I think mom and I are just gonna have a mother-daughter bonding in the kitchen and make delicious and my favorite foods 

 And just have dinner here and maybe have a good family bonding time. I wish my sister and my best friends were here. It would’ve been a lot more fun. So instead my best friends and I just video chatted on Skype. I miss them so much, and my sis.

Anyway, here are 5 things that I want to change for myself:

1. I have a love for scrapbooking yet sometimes I really don’t finish them. So I want to finish things as soon as I start them. I should stop procrastinating. 
2. I make slow decisions, and I want to change it. I should practice on making fast decisions. But thinking about it wisely.
3. Easily complaining and whining. Not always! I just think I complain too much about a little thing. I just realized I just have to accept it because I simply have no other choice.
4. I also think I should be organized. Wherever I use the laptop I bring so much things with me. Notebooks, pens, Galaxy Tab, Earphones, Chargers, my dslr camera, usb connectors are the likes. I should keep my things in a nice place. But I just need them all! Ugh/
5. I also should spend more time not using the laptop. I wake up early and sleep late just because of it. But at least now I’m starting to. I know it’s my birthday but I spent the last 3 hours cleaning the house. I guess that’s what I should do. haha

July, my month

Welcome July! July is my birth month. I’ll be celebrating my birthday in July 11. 
 I wish I could experience a lot of good things this month. I should quit being lazy and start studying and working hard.

My horoscope says this is my month. And it’s true. It also says I should open my aperture up a little more and let in more light into my life. I could shoot some of my best shots today! Also, I always check my daily message from God ‘app’ from Facebook. This both inspires me and motivates me to keep moving forward. Also gives me advice what to do. The messages are exactly what I need whenever I’m in a good/bad situation. And today it kinda also tell me that this really is my month, and I should always be optimistic and happy.

Things about me

My birthday is next month on July 11. I’ll be turning sweet 16 by then. Unlike any other girls who throws gorgeous parties on their sweet 16th birthday, I think I’ll be spending my birthday with my family again. I wanted to throw a great Sweet 16th birthday party with my friends but it’s sad that all my friends had gone back to Philippines for college.

I’m going to start college this June 29. I took up a programming course. Not really sure if I like it and will have a future on that but I’m kinda good at codes and web designing so I decided to take that. And also I can’t take any other than that. I’d like to go back to Philippines and take HRM or Tourism but I have nowhere else to live there. I sure can’t survive by myself there, even if I’d like to.

My future plans are:

• Finish up this programming course.
• At 18 or 20, I’ll try to apply at an airline as a flight attendant. If I’ll get the job then YAY!
• If I don’t get the job or change my mind, I’ll be a programmer then.

Eggs-on-toast

Took these pictures after I got out of the shower. I love it when I smell fresh and my hair is slightly damp. Who wouldn’t right? :)

I had a simple eggs-on-toast for breakfast :)

I started my day making my scrapbook. I decided to finish it. So I cut and made designs and later I’ll print out some pictures. Then I also had a Transformers marathon. I still hate how they changed Megan Fox. After all they’ve been through? They’ll just break up? But anyway I still love the story. Transformers is still great. And I love the girl. Her intro was a little bit Victoria’s Secret-like and she’s really pretty. At least they still chose a pretty girl! haha


And also I’m so happy because I reorganized my closet. I want to sell a lot of things I don’t need anymore. Maybe give them away. So I put them all in a big bag I’m also going to give away/sell. And our old toys are in top of my closet. I don’t really need the space but it would be nice to stack my bags there so there’ll be space down in my closet for my shoes. So that we’ll also have more space in the shoe rack. I wonder when will I have my own room. I really wish we could move to a new house with 4 bedrooms! :)

I want to introduce myself to you again. I am Kaycee Macuha and I'm a Filipino. I'm 15 years old. I come from Philippines but now I'm residing here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I'm a Catholic. I love taking pictures. I love fashion. I want to travel. One day I'm going to Europe, Korea, America and other beautiful parts in the world. I also want to be a stewardess someday. Just an experience. I love the color violet. I play the piano but only know little about it. I speak Filipino and English. I'm starting to study different languages like Arabic, French, Korean, Dutch, Japanese, Spanish, Italian and more. I know I can't learn it all. And I'm starting from Arabic, French and Korean. But it would be great if learn it all right? And also Dutch. My grandma lived in Holland. And I think it would be nice to follow her footsteps and learn Dutch. :)
