Last Christmas

I am fortunate and lucky to have spent my Christmas with my family. I can’t help but count my blessings and thank God for everything. I love my family so much and I wish that someday, I can return them the favor. How was your Christmas? ♡

I’ve already penned down my 2013 resolutions, and I am sharing a few with you to inspire you a little bit ;)

• Be more productive - Finish tasks on time and avoid procrastinating.

• Be more organized - It will lessen the risk of losing things. Get rid or sell things I don’t need anymore.

• Be more optimistic - Look at the bright side of things and take more risks.

• Be more friendly & approachable - Let more people in my life, widen my circle and be more friendly.

• Live a healthier and fit lifestyle - Eat more healthy foods and exercise more.

Iphone 4s

I’ve always been waiting (and wanting) to have an Iphone 4S and finally, my dream came true! I feel so happy, lucky and blessed! Thank you so much God! I’m so blessed to have the best parents and the sweetest & most beautiful sister! I can’t imagine life w/o them! :) This is actually from my sister but she only used it for 3 months. I also got to have the cases she bought before too! My parents and sis both paid halves for this. I’ll forever be grateful to them! :) My sis bought the Iphone 5 that’s why I get to have this. haha! :)

I never actually expected this would happen. I thought I was going to get an Iphone next year. haha That’s why now, I believe the saying “Amazing things happen when you least expect it.” And also the “Good things come to those who wait.” I learned to be patient and understanding until I thought it was time. Yipee! :)

Last December

(Late post: Dec. 1) My favorite time of the year has come. And I welcomed it with a few changes. I had my hair trimmed by my sister (I decided to lose my layers and go for straight ends, thank you so much sis!), I made a few changes in my blog (see post here) including the new ‘winter season’ in my blog which consists of snow falling and two snowmen to be with you while you peruse my blog.

And one new thing that I am very happy to finally be able to share is that I finally got an Iphone 4S. Isn’t it wonderful? I am more than happy with what I have right now and I am looking forward to spending my last month of 2012 with positive thinking, making every day worth the while, and experience new and wonderful memories.

Lavender

It's been such a long time since I've updated here in blogspot. We've lost our WiFi connection and I am only available to have an Internet connection using my phone. And blogging by phone is really, really hard. But I've been updating at Instagram and Tumblr. And now, I'll update here again.

So I will be posting some old posts from my main blog until I catch up with the latest post. When I get a WiFi, I might be changing my theme here. Here's to new changes for the New Year! :)

I want to buy everything there! haha Anyway, the reason I was super happy when I got these is: Well I can order online, I read that they don’t ship to P.O. Box addresses but I still tried and it came! This is added to my wishlist btw, to be able to order things from Cath Kidston :)

My sister's 1st anniversary with her boyfriend! I am so happy for them. They've gone through a lot in their first year. And I felt so bad for my sister, how things were so complicated and really hard. But thank God things have become better now. Well, there are still some problems now and I don't know how my sister will handle it. I wish the best for my sister and I hope that everything will be okay in the end.

We had a great dinner! All my favorite food was there! haha Actually this was a really late post. This was last month. I'm starting to get busy with other things. But well, I hope that everything goes well for you guys! I've been really thinking if I should stay here for college, where my family is or go to Philippines and stay there by myself. I'm struggling because I don't know a lotta things.

Pretty Little Liars

So lately I’ve been watching Pretty Little Liars. My sister bought CDs of Season 1 and 2, and I really loved it! It’s showing on tvs here but I don’t get to watch all the time. That’s why I’m happy my sister bought the CDs! I really love the show. It makes me curious on what’ll happen next. To those of you who haven’t watched it, you definitely should! You can watch it online. I’m about to finish Season 2 so I’ll watch Season 3 online ;) Also, I love Spencer’s and Hanna’s room! haha

To fly like a butterfly

A butterfly. I want to be able to fly and be always close to flowers. Making a person smile when I pass by them, having beautiful and colorful wings. Just things that make people smile :)

DIY: Floral key

Hello everyone! I just did another amazing and pretty DIY! (Do it yourself) :) It’s inspired from my floral bedsheet :)  I’ve been seeing different tutorials about this “customized keys”. Some people just put plain nail polish, others use glitter nail polish. Doing this, you won’t be too confused about your keys anymore! I did this one for my sister! I also painted our room key. I’ll take a picture of it next time :)

I made a tutorial for you on how to do it :) It’s quite easy! You can use a toothpick if your nail polish brush is too big. I did! ;)

Step 1: I used a light pink nail art pen from Etude House for the dots.

Step 2: My green nail art pen was too dark. I wanted it to be light so I mixed it a little bit with white nail polish :) Then I made a little ‘ v ’ for the leaves of my flowers.

Last Step: Add some dark pink spots to the flowers. You can just copy how I did mine. And that’s it! ;)

Lilac nail art ♡

This is my latest nail art! I call it Lilac nail art. It was inspired from my pretty new mug! I love Lilac colors and couldn’t resist on buying this mug. The pattern is absolutely lovely and perfect so I thought it would be nice to make a nail art out of it! It turned out to be gorgeous.

The Nightmare before Christmas

This was one of my favorite movies to watch back when I was a kid. We (me & my siblings) would always watch this usually at Halloween and before Christmas. I watched it again today and so happy to remember the scenes and the songs. I even sang along. I also did my nails while watching. It was inspired by Jack, the Pumpkin King!

Recent updates of my life

The first book I got :)

Some of you may know that I/we moved to a new house. So I might make another room tour post. But I’m just waiting for my dressing table and our divider & wall shelves to be put up then I could start taking pictures. I’m very excited to finish my room and also can’t wait to show you my proud work. haha That’s what’s keeping me busy anyway :)

And also look out for my new piano cover of “Kiss the Rain by Yiruma”. I’m starting to learn “So Close by Jon McLaughlin”. I wanted to learn that before but I can’t believe I forgot. Then, missdesireemademoiselle suggested I play that. Thank you ♡

I’m done packing my things. It’s been fun moving to our new house. The good thing I’ve noticed about me is that I always want to recycle/reuse and don’t want to waste things. I save and earn. Thanks to my mom. I think I got it from her :) And also, it’s fun finding old stuff that I haven’t seen a long time. Just one of the many things I found is this candle and candle holder. I love looking around for things that I can reuse :)

Go around in your house and look for some old things. You might just find something beautiful and useful :)

Paws on my piano

Hello everyone! How have you been doing? I’ve been up to playing new songs on the piano. Right now I’m about to finish learning River flows in you by Yiruma. It’s such a beautiful song. I’m actually listening to it every day (even now) so that it’ll be easier for me to learn the song. I might record myself again. haha :) And Piper is so sweet while I play the piano, sometimes she sits beside me and sometimes she just sit on the table near me and fall asleep. I think me playing the piano makes her fall asleep.  haha! :)

Here’s some love for October!

It’s a new month and that always means new beginnings for me. It’s time when I think of what I want my month to look like. And it just gives me so many positive thoughts.  This month’s gonna be totally different. We’ll be moving to a new house but still on the same compound. We just really need another room. Too bad a 4-bedroom house isn’t available for us here so we’re going to move to a 3-bedroom house and I still have to share with someone :( I can’t do anything else but just design my room to my liking. I already have my ideas for the room and I’m also starting to pack my things. I am going to miss this house. We’ve been here for so so long. Ever since my sister was little.

Anyway, I love this time of the year. I love Autumn. It’s my favorite season because it’s not too hot and not too cold. For some places, Fall already started at September. But it was still hot here then. And I think it’ll start getting cold here this month :) I’m excited to wear thick & cozy jumpers, wear gloves, beret, drink hot chocolate, layer my clothes, wear socks to bed.. Let’s embrace and welcome this month with love and excitement ♡

Already 4 months old

Piper's new toy

Hello! How's everyone been doing? Piper's already 4 months old! Time is so fast. :) We've noticed she's getting bigger. She's been so lovely and cute! I love how she wakes me up in the morning when she wants to be fed. Sometimes she'd just poke my feet and when I don't wake up, she 'meows' in my face. haha! After feeding her, I get up and do my thing. But sometimes I sleep again when I sleep late at night. She's become my personal alarm clock. haha! :)

Samsung Galaxy Tab & my favorite Android apps

I actually have this for months now. My sister gave this to me and I am forever grateful to her ♡ I love this so much and learned so much more apps that became really helpful and nice. Here are my favorite Android apps besides the Facebook, Twitter & Youtube app

1. Instagram - Who wouldn’t love this app? It’s like blogging through one picture. I post there all my likes, what I’ve done for the day and my fave images that I took. :) It’s the best app. (For Me) You can share your photos in a photo stream and get to see what’s up with your friends and other IG users. :)
2. Advanced Task Killer - If you’ve downloaded a lot of apps or just apps with big memory and your phone seems to slow it’s because even if you’ve clicked the back button, your apps are still running. But I discovered this app and when I click its button it kills all running apps. Doing this can save your battery because open apps drain battery ;)
3. GO Launcher EX - One of my best apps! Wonder why my phone above has a cute theme? It’s because of this app. I can download many different themes. I can also change the effects when scrolling through my apps and it has widgets like a Calendar, Notes, Clock, easy access to Facebook and Twitter, Weather, Contacts and more! It’s totally different and organized.
4. Temple Run - One of the first games I play when I get bored sometimes. Addicting!
5. Fruit Ninja - When I play this game I always want to make a high score. Like who wouldn’t? lol
6. Ninjump - I recommend this game! It’s fun!
7. Viber - Free text and calls when you have Wi-Fi. Who wouldn’t want that? :D
8. Horoscope - I love checking Horoscopes. Because mostly, it give me so much more inspiration and motivation :)
9. Do it Tomorrow - My favorite To-Do list app :)
10. Magic Hour Free - My favorite Photo editing app! I love it because I can edit the curves, brightness, saturation and contrast of my photos. Next time, I’ll be talking about my favorite photo editing apps. :)
