Sophie Kinsella's Shopaholic series

I definitely loved the movie Confessions of a Shopaholic and have just watched it for a zillion times. Kidding! But really, I’ve watched it a lot if times. So I went to the bookstore and found her book Shopaholic Abroad, which says ‘Continuation of Confessions of a Shopaholic’. So I bought it and actually loved it! Though I also discovered that some of the scenes was already in the movie and just changed a lot of scenes.

Then after a while of finishing reading the book, I also saw Shopaholic Ties the Knot and Shopaholic and Baby! It’s too bad I can’t find Shopaholic & Sister on the bookstore.. But anyway, I loved how Sophie Kinsella writes so I begged my mom to buy it. hehe But I did promise to myself that I won’t buy any new book anymore. Well maybe after a few months of finishing these 2 books ;)Well I think it’s also for my own good. And Mimmy (my grandma) did tell me before that I should read books, so.. here I am. ;)

You definitely should try and read her books! Even just the first one at least. And if you haven’t watched Confessions of a Shopaholic yet, you’re missing out a lot! :)

Recent updates of my life

The first book I got :)

Some of you may know that I/we moved to a new house. So I might make another room tour post. But I’m just waiting for my dressing table and our divider & wall shelves to be put up then I could start taking pictures. I’m very excited to finish my room and also can’t wait to show you my proud work. haha That’s what’s keeping me busy anyway :)

And also look out for my new piano cover of “Kiss the Rain by Yiruma”. I’m starting to learn “So Close by Jon McLaughlin”. I wanted to learn that before but I can’t believe I forgot. Then, missdesireemademoiselle suggested I play that. Thank you ♡ 

Shopaholic Abroad

A few days ago, I saw this book and never knew there was a continuation of my favorite movie “Confessions of a Shopaholic”. I’ve been wanting to have a book from Sophie Kinsella because when I saw the movie I thought “This is nice! I wonder who wrote this book. It must’ve been very interesting” Unfortunately, not all books are here in our local bookstore. But lucky I saw “Shopaholic Abroad”. I wasn’t really in need of a new book and didn’t even asked my parents to buy this. My sis and mom gave it to me when my sis saw me eyeing on this book for so long. haha I love them ♡ I’ve already started reading it, I’ll let you guys know what I think of it :)
